The Memphis Grizzlies Charitable Foundation was established in 2004 to focus on serving at-risk Memphis youth and the organizations who serve them. In 2007, the TEAM UP Youth Mentoring Initiative was launched to expand mentoring throughout the Greater Memphis area. Emphasis is placed on the recruitment and retention of volunteer mentors.
Red Deluxe worked with the foundation to develop a comprehensive TEAM UP site that showcases mentoring opportunities and encourages more Memphians to get involved.
